Wood Of Worcester Motorcycles LtdWhat a great little company they are. Last few years they have helped out with little jobs I’ve needed doing to various things when I haven’t had the time to do them myself or the know how. Always jobs I need doing last minute and they are happy to oblige. Last 2 weeks they have done two jobs for me at last minute notice and done them not only fast but also at a very fair price. I strongly recommend these people to anyone.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!!Had my bike in for a basic service and tyers,got bike back six weeks later chipped tank thay must off damaged my exhaust as thay sprayed it with out asking me!Returned it with loose cables a part loose at bottom off engine,flat battery...when I asked them to change it,told me he had changed the fuel tap it's still a old tap easy to see!I am now getting suzuki to do a independent report and i am going to seek legal action!!!!I wasn't going to do a right up review but it's only fair that other customers don't get scamed like me......... dom you just talk alot off hot air...expect a letter from the courts

Had two tyres fitted, little mix up with my tyres but swiftly sorted

Never been so disappointed by someone in my life, I had my 250 sent in as was having issues I clearly listed my problems when dropping off my bike and nothing was done, I had to repair my stand myself and didn't even address the issue of fuel not reading properly infact I've still not heard anything regarding my tank sensor he said he was going to order for me. Customer service was poor too the lady although was supposed to be helping me as a customer then left me and went and spoke to her friend leaving me not knowing when or what was guna happen. Won't ever use here again and I'm genuinely sad to write this review as I'm not this sort of person but I do in hope other innocent people don't get robbed by these people.

Cannot fault the service provided. Been using since last October after purchasing my first bike. So far used them for a full service, puncture repairs, chain adjustments etc. Always been a fast, reliable and very affordable service. Great, helpful staff both face to face and over the phone. Recently had a puncture to which Dom and co stayed late one evening to help me get back on the road (couldnt be more thankful for this). Highly recommend and will continue using this garage for all my future biking needs!

After changing the battery my BMW F800GT decided to immobilise itself and tell me it had an EWS fault. Beyond my skill set so time to call the Ateam. I had heard lots of +VE stuff about Wood so I called up. My experience was excellent. Dom came out to recover my bike, identified the fault, sourced the necessary BMW part solved the issue and delivered it back to me in three days!! All the more impressive as I asked him to MOT it and fit a hugger too.All done with kindness and courtesy keeping me informed by text all the way and without breaking the bank.I will never go anywhere else again.Great job Dom. After waiting many weeks longer than promised with another garage to fix my brakes on the GSXR 750, these chaps at woods got the brakes and many other minor issues sorted within 3 days!!! And the bike would've been available sooner if I'd needed it.The level of attention to detail and care is unrivalled, I would never go anywhere else now, and as much as I'm hoping I don't need to, I'm looking forward to my next experience with the friendly guys over at Woods.
