Very clear from start to finish. We told the owner what we wanted and he talked us through the whole process of what we needed to do. The fitting of the gravestone was done with minimal mess and fitters were very careful while fitting the gravestone which we appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Received stone with slight damage as would be covered with chippings agreed to accept and was offered a 25% refund. Sent photos, written twice still no refund!!

WIth 4 children and 12 grandchildren who all wanted to express their opinions on the headstone design/wording, we kept changing our mind but Elegant supporting us until we finally got there. The 3D images were a great help. You kept to your original quote even though we added additional bits. Thank you Wahid for your patience and fast turn around.

Avoid this business at all costs!!! They took my order, a guy rang and sounded genuine enough telling me he would send over a template for approval. Guess what didnt happen, even after several emails and voice messages from me, to chase it up, no response. Just took the money and disappeared. Strange how he managed to pick the phone up when I rang with my initial enquiry...I placed the order in early December 2023 and other than the initial automated email reciept, have had no correspondance from this company to date. Thankfuly I paid with a major credit card, who have now refunded me, and are dealing with the case directly. Moral of the story, dont waste your time. This guy is the lowest of the low scamming someone for a memorial of all things.
