I don’t even know we’re to begin express how much gratitude.appreciation and praise I have for Abby damp proofing ..I phoned the company up on Tuesday morning a 9:00 am out of desperation as my mum who is 67 with a lung condition has been living in house disrepair for 6 month with damp and mold walls.She lives on a co -operative housing estate that is run through a tenants committee and a managing company that have failed her so much that her health has declined due to there own contracted plumber ,surveyor and corrupt committee chairman ..I called Dave Tuesday morning explained the situation I was in and how powerless I felt as the surveyor was reporting that my mums home was damp free ..Dave you are just one of a kind.........This man sent one his surveyors to my mums within a hour to survey my mums home ..and would not take a penny from me he done this fee of charge said he just wanted to help my mumLee the surveyor was just like a earth angel walking through my mums front door as soon as he walked in my mum thanked him and he said “we just want to help you “ my self and mum cried with relief ..Lee you are such a lovely caring respectful person I can not Thankyou enough for how you treated my mum not only did you survey every square foot of my mums home even the loft you made her smile and I haven’t seen her do that in a long time ..Lee informed my mum during the survey that there was a number of damp issues in the property and a lot of work needed doing to put her home back to a dry safe environment.. my mum cried again with relief as she said she felt she was going crazy as she knew her house was damp and the co operatives surveyor was telling her other wise ..Dave phoned me the same after noon said that his secretary was typing out the full report and it would be with me the next day...I insisted lee take some money to his boss Dave to show my appreciation and gratitude for going above and beyond for mum ..half an hour later lee was back knocking on my mums door with the money ..Dave phoned me and said he would not take a penny of my money as he just wanted my mum to be safe in her home. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart what a wonderful genuine man you are Dave I will never forget your kindness and how you helped my mum .....
