Colourful nails billericay - Natural nails

Had gels done, bad job, she painted them all then took a file to the sides of every nail and took half the polish off. Won't be returning

The first few times I came to this salon I was telling everyone I know how amazing they are. The two men that worked there were professional, so friendly and my nails were immaculate. The last 2-3 times however, I had the lady - my nails were ok but she over drilled them to the point that I kept flinching, pulling away and was so uncomfortable but she said ‘it’s fine’. She also drilled her own glove by accident on two different occasions and I believe she damaged my pinky as when I came back the third time there was a purple line/crack on my real nail under the acrylic which is still there. I am not getting my nails done at the moment because of this, but I would feel too uncomfortable to refuse service from someone and pick and choose who I want to serve me, I would never do this. They are great and quick but I think my nails are too weak for the way they drill.

I went there and was greeted amazingly! I am so happy with the product and the service. They were extremely kind and would highly recommend. Definitely coming back here soon!

Cannot begin to start on how disgusted I am with my service today. I came in for a French manicure which looked like a 10 year old had done them, with bubbles under the gel. I went back asking for this to be fixed but didn’t complain, the woman doing my nails looked annoyed as I told her about my nails as well as they didn’t look like they had enough coats of gel on them as I could see through the gel to my natural nail still and the streaks of the brush. She threw the colour option book at me and said “pick a different colour then”.Whilst she was removing the gel, out of temper she kept nicking my skin around my nail causing it to bleed. After this, I told her I wanted my money back and went to the shop over the road which was a lot better and for cheaper too!

Just come out with the worst set of nails I have ever had from there. Haven’t been in a while and now I can remember why. Tina and Dean on holiday so three people working a Saturday and telling people a 20 minute wait? More like 40. Seen two people walk out after waiting for so long. And also two people come back in for corrections. So not only did the ‘nail technician’ cut the sides of my fingers while filing, she was on the phone whilst painting them with gel. I kept having to say can you fix this, can you file here. I am not even that fussy but for 28 quid you expect a nice set of acrylics with gel that goes all the way down to bottom of the nail bed and the top coat shouldn’t start half way up. I had to file the nails myself at the end after asking for a nail file. The edges of my nails have blobs of gel colour underneath and the top coat all the way down the side of my fingers. I might have well have dipped my finger tips in PVA glue, same effect. No one offered me the gel colour book when I walked in and the nail technician also moaned that I hadn’t picked a colour during the wait. Yes it was a long enough wait but my crystal ball was at home, don’t know where the gel colour samples book is kept. Worst nail shop experience I have had in a long time. Unless you are local and go twice a month then I really wouldn’t bother. I shouldn’t have paid but reluctantly did.

Been going to this place for a couple of years now so I would class myself as a loyal customer but they just completely ripped me off charging for a full soak off because I had the tiniest of remnants of my last set of nails. I am talking 4 nails with a very small patch of acrylic. Not happy because they've charged me for the soak off when the technician could have just filed it of, it wasn't needed. I had a new set and pedicure with gels! The standard has diminished recently this set is ok but it is hit and miss, the last few times I have been the standard hasn't been great. Looks like the search begins for a new salon!

Went in for shellac on my hands, no manicure. Very rushed job, nails barely filed and they are very sharp and rigid. My nails are also bending as they are so weak from excessive buffing. Staff were nice and accommodating but for £25, I expected a lot better. I didn’t even have time to tell the staff before they had moved onto the next person.

I went and had SNS on my nails this morning. I called and went in straight away. I could not been any more pleased with my nails. The guy (sorry didn't get his name)that done my nails done an exceptional job. This was an SOS call because I had my nails done at another salon and was not happy with the state of my nails. I would highly recommend and will differently be going back.

I went there for Acrylic Gel Nails, the lady who did this didn’t understand what I was trying to say and she was keep on saying I will do later.I have asked for Almond shape but she hasn’t done it properly. Even the colour is uneven, got bubble in few hours.Very disappointed with the service.
