Took my Sons car here for an MOT. I found the company very professional, well run and transparent. I would happily recommend this garage and will continue to take my cars here.

Amazing service. Use them regularly for numerous vehicles and it’s never too much work or hassle. My car broke down, had to take it in with the RAC to C&G. They advised me that it could be up to two weeks before they can get to my car.Had a phone call on the day it was dropped off with a quote. They quoted me for new and reconditioned parts, in an attempt to save me, the customer, some money. The guys and girls on the reception desks were absolutely amazing.Within 5 days, my car was fixed, roadworthy and ready for collection.To make their service even better, they even cleaned my car inside and out to a very high standard. I was then struggling to find time between work and sleep (ambulance shift worker) to collect my car, so they dropped it off to my workplace to make things more convenient for me. Absolute angels. Thank you guys.

Called in when I suffered a fault on the motorway. Friendly, helpful staff attended to me immediately and had me back on the road within twenty minutes. Absolutely incredible service, saved my working day!

Went in for MOT. Great communications, SMS and email reminders for the booking. Promptly done at the booked time and within the time frame advised - cup of tea whilst I waited. Booked car in for service at a later date and mechanic was brought in to confirm answers of my queries about cam belt change that the service desk team had correctly advised and wanted confirmation. Happy days great service all round and the car passed MOT too!

I needed my car to be fixed as a matter of urgency and they did go out of their way to do that. It's the best garage I ever used. Exceptional service. Top notch. Thank you very much. 5 star!!

One of the main advantages for me is that C&G auto is very near my home, but I find their customer service, warm comfortable and inviting reception area, extras (eg valet, external wash and update texts) above and beyond any other garage I've used. Help with the main mechanical issues and extra advice eg checks re mot advisories, were also brilliant. Thanks

Never used Cheltenham & Gloucester Auto Centre before, I booked an Mot slot online at short notice.I dropped my car off & spoke with the reception staff who were very friendly, it was a smooth efficient service from drop off to collection.I would recommend this company.

Took my Land Rover to CG Autos Cheltenham after the dreaded DPF warning light came on causing the car to go into limp mode. Having called to book it in they were able to look at the car to instigate the diagnostic assessment the next day. Incidentally Land Rover didn’t have availability to do this for at least a month, plus they were more expensive. Having cleared the fault and run a fuel tank extreme clean to help clean the Turbo Vanes the car is now running so much better than before. Far more quieter when it runs, smoother driving and far more power when accelerating.I am extremely grateful to Martyn and the team for getting the car back up and running and performing better within 24hrs - Thank you!
