It is with the greatest of gratitude that I can say with no exaggeration that Grazia’s coaching has truly been life changing. As a person who received a diagnosis later in life, Grazia provided me with the necessary tools to firstly come to terms with this, then to allow me to function better in a world not designed for the neuro diverse which in turn has taught me self compassion an area of great weakness to me previously coupled with perfectionism. Grazia answered questions and allowed me to overcome challenges I’d lived with and held me back since childhood. I cannot recommend Grazia enough to anyone considering ADHD coaching.
