Have worked for A&R for over a year now and I must say it's one of the best companies I have worked for. My manager is always at the end of the phone if needed and they found me a position/hours that fits in with my home life can't ask for more.

Always Responsive Commercial Cleaning
My partner went for a trail for a cleaning position in Swansea Golf course for one hour unpaid, he has 22 years cleaning experience so doesn't need a trail, that's what a probationary period is for when you get offered the job, he was told he did well, had to travel by car to get to the trail for half an hour for nothing, he was told someone would ring him, no one rang, just wasting his time, unprofessional company who mess people around.

Always Responsive Commercial Cleaning
Have been working for A&R since 2019 and have absolutely loved it! Love the company, the staff and managers are fantastic. Pay is always spot on, my line manager is always available should i need her and as a whole the company go above and beyond to accomodate my home life. Have never felt appreciated in past roles as a cleaner but A&R are very appreciative. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

got given a contract for mobile cleaner .took me to a few of their sites had rota all the equipment . promised 20 hrs plus but got given 7 . then told me as I wasn't available for 2 hrs out of 7 days a week my little boy has Austim clinic and then wanted me to drive 35 miles to take stuff back as I had drove there 4 times 140

A& R have been cleaning for the company since June 2019 and to date I am extremely happy with the service they provide. It is also pleasing when the Commercial Manager who looks after the area visits to complete an audit which provides feedback on the quality of the work provided which is excellent.
