Rang them to query about a problem on my Skoda Superb central locking - could hardly understand the girl who answered the phone - and finally when I got to speak to a so called ‘mechanic’ to try and explain the fault and if they could help - he behaved as if he couldn’t careless and wasn’t interested when I told him the specific problem - I just said never mind - And his answer was ‘ Alright Mate ‘ … A Outfit that came over as very unprofessional and not clue when it came to customer service.

Rude and uncaring. MOT CENTRE receptionist hanged on me after I asked whether she forgot to book my request made last week. She said she didn't like how I speak and banged her phone. All I wanted was a way forward - possibly a new booking. Woow! What a way to treat people even though it's a family business?

Would give this less than 1 star if I could. Not too friendly, expensive to fit bits most garages do for free, they also fitted a new bulb for me recently and this has come back as being done wrong in my MOT. There are other garages in Wokingham which will take much better care of you and your car.

I booked a tyre fitting service through Black Circles and chose Wokingham MOT and Service Centre because of their positive reviews but unfortunately had a very different experience.My order had two complementary services of MOT and wheel alignment. Upon arrival, I was told that the car had to go through the MOT first, which I did not want to, because two tyres needed changing and would have otherwise failed the test. After much puffing in my face, they said the MOT could not be done on the day, unless I chose to have it done and failed first, then retested after replacing the tyres. So, I chose not to have the MOT done. OK, no biggie. But then, it took them two and a half hours to replace four tyres and they scratched one alloy in order to remove the previous balancing weight. I mean they went over and over with a metal brush on my 20 alloy wheel to remove this sticky weight.Obviously I complained about that but got not a word in the way of an apology. Only that they had to remove the previous weight and that's the way to do it. They also said I shouldn't worry as as soon as the wheel gets dirty again

Very poor service, unrelaible, unprofessional, sloppy, dangourous. Avoid!Booked regular service( oil/filters, etc) for my car about 2 weeks ago. On the day left the car at 8:40 in the morning and expected to get my car back at lunch time. They promissed when it will be ready, they will contact me. At about 4:30pm I got email - unfortunately your car is Not ready. It will be ready for the next working day".You can imagine my feeling and reaction. Ibindisted to get the car same day - they finished at about 5:30pm. On the top of this I requsted a quote for the service

I have been using Craig and his fantastic team for 20+ years. To emphasise how much I trust them I have just driven all the way from our new home in Cardiff to have them continue to look after my Ford Mondeo. As always they have given me the best experience I could hope for. I 100% recommend them.

I booked my car in for a service .. 2 days later it’s still there as “something “ has gone wrong while at their garage .. offered to fix out of good will but leaving me pregnant with no car and 2 small children for a week .. wouldn’t take any responsibility for what’s gone wrong even tho it was JUST the service light on when I took it there .. he’s just toldMe if u bring your car in and the doors working but then falls off that wouldn’t be my problem… not at all impressed …

I used Wokingham MOT last week as I had knocked the front headlight out of my car. I was given excellent service. The staff ( particularly the owner Craig and manager Phil) were friendly, professional, accommodating, extremely accommodating and offered me an appointment very promptly to fit around school runs and work. They have a lovely comfortable waiting area to sit and have a coffee whilst you wait. I would definitely recommend them.

Called last minute to have front discs and pads fitted to my Subaru Outback… Craig and his team fitted me in within 2 days and a perfect job was done… great place, great prices and great service…
