Heatsense Plumbing and Heating

This company was SO helpful when we had an emergency with a loo ( glass bottle fell down the loo and wedged fast, totally blocking the loo… you really couldn’t make it up!) . The loo was needed as it was the essential facility for a person with health problems. The company were snowed under with work, but despite this came after their other jobs to resolve it. Very impressed with the kindness in appreciating the implications of the loo being out of action. Highly recommend

Ashley, Gary and Jake from Heatsense installed a new combi-boiler at my house. The whole process from start to finish was carried out with great professionalism, the workmanship is outstanding, they were pleasant and courteous to deal with throughout and left the bathroom cleaner and tidier than it probably was to start with! I would not hesitate to recommend Heatsense to you and I will definitely be doing so to all my friends and family.

Gary and his team are professional, great value for money and helped me at short notice to replace my boiler, after my old one had a major unrepairable failure during my kitchen refit. Absolutely superb service. They came to sort out our heating and hot water both of which had failed. We had used another plumber who had come and charged a small fortune and really not solved the problem at all. Heat sense were easy to book, arrived as they said, did the job quickly and then tidied up after themselves. If you are looking for a plumber use them, they are excellent. Its worth noting we have an old complicated system and they still fixed it with ease. Really know their stuff.

My boiler service insurance told me that this company would service my boiler, so I contacted Gary at Heatsense and told him this. He booked a service, but then billed me for the full amount, saying he no longer worked with the insurance company. I called his cell phone and he cut the call off without answering. When I contacted him via email to say he had knowingly booked the service under the false pretence he was with my insurance company, he was extremely rude. My insurance company were great and have paid him, even though he shouldn't have taken the job, so no need for him to be rude to customers, particularly when they have done no wrong and he is the one swindling insurance companies and forcing them topay for services booked under false pretences. He sent me an email to say not to call him again. Why the hell would I call him again? If he had been civil, I would have used his company again in a time of need, but this way, my family, friends and I will give him and his company a wide berth. Fraudulent, rude person. I'm pretty sure he was being nasty to me after the insurers had already agreed to pay him and that he was trying to get money from both sides.
