Really pleased with the results. They clearly know their stuff and they serviced my bike for a very reasonable price and have transformed it. It’s now silent and smooth. I would definitely recommend using them.

Not that I knew it but my bike required a lot of investigating to correct. Spokes have been totally trust worthy respectful and honest and have still only charged a fee that I feel was well below the cost of other bike shops compared to the effort put in. I know where I will go next with all my bikes and recommendations. Fabulous people!!

My old Dawes bike was in bit of a state so called and spoke to Silke about arranging a time slot to bring the bike in. Was greeted by Silke and Ian and after an initial quick assessment Ian said a lot of work would be required to the point that it might be worth buying a new bike! I left the bike with them and after an hour or so he called me back with a more accurate quote of what work needed doing. I decided it was time to get a new bike and Ian even recommended good local bike shops! They did not charge me for the assessment and gave me an honest opinion which concurred with what I was thinking. I will certainly use Spokes again if I need a bike service!

Best bike shop in Chelmsford without a doubt. Mate recommended them and glad I listened. Fixed my brake problem then fixed another problem I didn't even know about. Bike now runs as new.Polite, helpful, honest, professional and just very good mechanics. Even explained in full how to sort the problem myself next time. Will be getting the full service come spring. Highly recommended - five and a half stars in my book.
