Dunelm

Visited the Greenford store, was surprised that the beautiful Dorma bedding sets are hidden away to be able to pickup and look at from a shelf as they’re locked underneath display sets. I’ve never seen or experienced this in any other store and was told that this was due to the amount stolen from the store. So very sad. Luckily I found and got what I wanted with the assistance of a member of staff. There is no notices to mention that if you want any of the range to hunt down a staff member to assist you. Would be good if there was a dedicated member of staff in this area to be able to assist customers looking for these specific products.Other than that the store was like all others well laid out, fully stocked with a range of items.

Dunelm in general is a great place to get homeware, but this one in particular was large and spacious , loads of choice and variety of product available, the employees were incredibly friendly , clean toilets and a super cute little cafe inside that had tasty bites to eat - a definite repeat

Very poor customer service. Absolutely uncooperative. I tried to return £30 worth of goods from an original purchase of £250, but didn't have the same card. They offered no solution for refund if I am unable to produce the same card. I had the original bill and the return items. I was willing to accept a voucher also, but they wouldn't listen. They have lost a loyal customer forever. No wonder companies like these are going down and people are migrating to more customer centric companies like Amazon.

We went there just in time for their Anniversary sale and it was a great sale. Discounts were up to 70%. You'll find most of the well known international brands here from shoes, bags, makeups, perfumes etc. I spent most of my shopping allowance here buying clothes and shoes. It is a normal shopping center with some good options for clothes etc. You have 5-6 different options for food and same for coffee. Good location. Recommended for normal kind of shopping. Classic shoping centre.... very good location in center of city... good shops, people, air... need to go there ;)

Excellent service . Staff are friendly and willing to help , constantly working tidying up and putting stock out. Checked out the cafe and was surprised with fresh quality food and range of food and drinks. Again excellent service. So nice to see polite helpful staff , who smile at the customer. Makes a lot of difference to our shopping experience. Will definitely be coming back.

Went in for swish aluminium curtain tracks & curtain hooks. Everything we needed was in stock. There was a queue at the check out to pay but it reduced very quickly as lots of staff on. All excellent.

We run serviced apartments and we buy all of our soft furnishings and lampshades from Dunlem as we just love it! We bought a large selection of lamp shades, throws, cushions and mirrors from Dunlem in Greenford recently (not to mention, glassware, plates, cutlery etc) and our guests just love the finished look! My favourite is the velvet lampshades with gold edging. So luxurious!Our guests at Crossrail Cottage - West Ealing agree with me :) Thanks Dunelm!

They graciously opened up on Boxing Day to catch us 'guilty' shoppers who needed to buy exchange gifts for friends we were not expecting anything from. Plenty of 20% to 50% bargains to be had in the sale ( see photos). Good range of rugs, cushions, and home ware. Not impressed by the lift being immobilised. Was it because they were short staffed and they couldn't police how many heavily trolleys might attempt the journey to the first floor or was it genuinely broken. Prices are not keen on lighting or basic furniture even in the sale. John Lewis anyday range still beating them there as well as Habitat ranges retailing through Argos. Slightly dingy drab feeling throughout the store though and price labels hard to read. Certainly not addressing disabilities / access issues. Happy with what l bought but unlikely to return. Be warned they have a very slow wind around approach queueing system to the checkout counter. Keep kids occupied or you're likely to run out of patience.

Huge shop full of quality goodies. You are bound to find something that you didn't know you needed
