I have had incredible experiences here. The facilities are top notch but what truly set this place apart is Darragh himself - a warm and friendly guy who makes you feel very welcomed. His expertise was evident as he is able to address my specific needs.I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a physiotherapy experience with a personal touch.

During my appointments, he takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess my injury. He never rushes through the session, and makes sure to cover all possible causes of injury.After each appointment, Darragh provides me with personalized exercises to do at home, which have been instrumental in my recovery.The facilities he has are fantastic, with amenities like an ice bath and infrared sauna which my club have used to recovery before important games.Overall, I highly recommend Darragh to anyone in need of professional and effective care for sports injuries.

Recently went to Darragh for a group session which included an icebath, sauna and compression boots. Also received great advice! 10/10 experience and affordable prices. For anything physio and recovery related get booked in!

excellent facility with everything you could need recovery wise and plenty of space for groups. the hot cold therapy was really relaxing and had these really cool compression boots that helped me with some pain in my right knee. Darragh is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful on a load of topics. would highly recommend!!!

I used Darragh a few weeks ago as I had injured my hip doing Jujitsu. He was very thorough and gave me great stretches to do at home which helped me recover very quickly. Also the location is convenient and easy to find. I would definitely recommend Darragh to anyone who needs a physio. I will certainly be back again.

We took our football team down to see Darragh towards the end of last season. Really good location which was easily accessible to lads from all over Belfast.He had a range of high-end recovery equipment available to us and was on hand to offer his sport-specific expertise while we used.All this was done at an extremely reasonable price for our group and the lads are looking forward to using him again. Friendly staff who seemed passionate about fitness and recovery, couldn't recommend more.

Third time booking in with Darragh now. I’ve used the ice bath, sauna & compression boots as well as having a consultation with him. Very thorough & detailed work using great equipment, and he’s always down for a chat. Highly recommend.

Darragh is frankly an excellent physio, and I have cycled through a few in many years of injuries and rehab. He is patient, and reassuring, and clearly considers your problems beyond the surface level to address the deeper-rooted problem (and stop repeated visits!). He follows up in his own time to see how things are coming and offers course corrections. I couldn't recommend him enough not only to rehab and help with pain relief BUT also to chart a way to address your issues long-term. Top top top work. The facility is top-notch as well.
