Paul is extremely knowledgeable, highly professional and very personable. Has now done a superb job of four fireplaces at my home on two separate occasions, arriving exactly when he said he would and getting through the job with minimum fuss. Gave me some invaluable advice on how best to burn logs too, on his first visit. The advice seemed counterintuitive but he was absolutely right! All round good guy and highly recommended.
