Amazing experience every time I've gone here.I've had 3 treatments, full body massage and 2 facials(hydra & microneedling). Every time Sheetal has been professional, polite, informative and patient to understand my concern/main focus for my treatment.Sheetal recently had a bereavement in her family, and still made the effort to try and give me an appointment as soon as she could.Would highly recommend, I will definitely be returning soon!

Worst hair dressing experience i’ve ever had! Wasted 7 hours of my day to look worse than i did when i came in!!! Wanted a full head of bright blonde highlights - Was told to come at 12, they didn’t get to me until 12:30, was expecting Anna to do my hair but instead had some woman who absolutely did not know what she was doing and clearly hadn't had much experience. She took 3 hours to foil my hair and kept missing bits out and having to reweave and resection. She didn't bleach fully to roots and used the wrong bleach which turned my hair yellow. Had to wait another 2ish hours for the bleach to process then even longer for toner to sit. Still turned out ginger so they tried fixing with a ‘darker ash toner’ which looked like black hair dye and turned my roots back to how dark they were in the beginning. Spent a total of 7 HOURS at the salon waiting around and absolutely freezing all for my hair to look EVEN DARKER than it was when i came in.

I come here for hydrafacial with peeling and LED with Shital and it’s such a relaxing experience leaving me with brighter glowy skin instantly. Shital takes her time and is really lovely. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a hydra facial through Groupon in Shital’s vertigo, I had the worst experience ever. She had a cheap broken machine which was leaking water everywhere on my face, she didn’t even use that machine for 10 mins. She don’t know anything about hydra facial. I paid £42 for nothing. Don’t fall for it and lose your money.

I went to get my nails done (classic manicure) with the lovely Olivia on 01/07. I had the best experience and will be definitely coming again. The hygiene is amazing and each session uses its own file and buffer - contrary to other places who share these between customers. Super happy with my service and thanks for the great chat Anna and Shita :D Hajar x

I would not return to this salon as the owner has a lack of integrity. She charged me £30 for toner for short thinning hair despite the fact that my voucher stated £10. Her exact words were - My shop, my rules. I also had issues with my hair cut done by someone who had recently trained and no-one to supervise as owner left). Having made a complaint I didn't hear anything until I posted a review. Owner agreed that she would correct the hair cut if I took down the review. I did, but she then did not respond to my many attempts to arrange the haircut. Would not have cost her anything except a few minutes of her time.

Anna is an expert in what she does. She is a polite and skilled hairstylist and knows the latest trends in the industry. She helped me understand different hair styles, colour and textures. I got my haircut, hair colour, wash and blow dry done. I am really impressed with her work. I finally found someone I can completely trust with my hair.I highly recommend to visit this salon.

Absolutely Brilliant Hairstylist in South Harrow. I needed a make over (male) and decided to try Esthetic out based on the glowing reviews. Anna was fantastic, patiently explained my options, helpmed me make a plan, and meticulously cut my hair. I found Anna to be very knowledgeable and experienced and the Salon itself was light, airy, and spotless. If you are nervous about changing your stylist/barber as I was, just have a chat with Anna!
