Rude and unhelpful. The female agent was not willing to deal with a question is an informed and courteous manner. Lack of knowledge and they deal poorly with customer questions. Worrying that they handle my banking transactions

Dont bother this company does not know what GDPR is for a start. Staff are very rude and threatening!!!!! They hold personal details and BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS of staff from 5 years ago and speak to unauthorised people regarding peronal matters and monies owed!!!!!

Within regards to a recent review (arsenewenger30) we have a very strict dress code from Monday-Thursday with Friday being a dress down day" this means we allow staff to wear clothes that are comfortable to themselves but in a contract which was signed by this person ot states hooded tops are not permitted as a security protocol as the information we handle is very sensitive and the risk of hoods being able to hide this.He was informed to remove it but chose to leave the company as he didn't want to."
