You really know how good a company is when problems arise. Our heat pump failed on Friday and Renewable Planet knew about it before we did. They immediately pulled out all the stops to get a replacement shipped from Germany. It was fitted on the Monday by the team who are always polite and good humoured. A company you can trust.

The team at Renewable Planet have provided an excellent support from the time of my initial inquiry until the completion of the installation. I enjoyed working both with their office staff, the surveyor, and the teams installing the solar panels and the Tesla battery. All have been very competent and friendly, and did an excellent job to resolve the challenges specific to our property.
