Jake was a breath of fresh air with my house sale. I was struggling to sell my house privately and he approached me and offered to take it on. I had viewings within hours/days and I accepted an offer above the asking price within weeks. Jake ‘knows his stuff’ and explained every step of the process to me in the detail I required. He handled the viewings very professionally and was always completely honest with the feedback. Jake is very approachable and didn’t mind my silly questions when I was feeling nervous about the chain. Jake always responds in a very timely manner and he went over and above helping me with my purchase aswell. There was no agent involved and he tirelessly chased solicitors and kept me in the loop which really helped settle my nerves. He never gave up and we have now exchanged and are waiting to complete! They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do (and they are right) but Jake took the stress out of the whole process for me.
