Just had new windows and conservatory roof fitted absolutely delighted with the quality of workmanship. Fitters were professional, friendly and cleaned up each day before finishing. Would highly recommend them.

Mark did the measuring and gave us valuable advice.Rob did a fantastic job fitting the windows despite the awkwardness of the property, he just finished today and I felt I must leave a revue. Can’t praise the company enough, everything well organised and the admin staff were very friendly and efficient.Very competitive price.

Maybe ok selling you what you think you need. But after sales service is absolutley rubbish. Have asked many time to recify basic repairs but lie and lie about coming out. Or just not bother to do the jobs required. Don't use this firm if you want after sales care!

Had front door, patio door and windows fitted nearly six years ago. Have no complaints at all about the products supplied or the workmanship. At that time there was a small problem which was swiftly rectified - always a good sign I think. Now there's a slight problem with a door lock which, I was told by a friendly girl, is covered by the guarantee, and an appointment was made to fix it. Excellent service. Problems are bound to arise occassionally with any work - but as long as they fix it, that's the important thing. I'd definitely recommend Snugfit and I'd use them again.

I have previously had excellent service from Snugfit for my own property and recently ordered a laminated glass window for one of my client's renovation projects. The window was again installed very professionally but a few days later a crack appeared across the inside pane for no apparent reason (I suspect a manufacturing defect in the sealed panel which was not Snugfit's fault). Snugfit were extremely professional and replaced the glass with no quibbles. Excellent customer service and I can highly recommend them.

Visited us last week to repair a guest bedroom window's faulty tilt and open mechanism. The windows were originally fitted by Snugfit but are long out of their warranty period however the repair man who visited us did not charge for the call out or the repair. Thanks!

Phoned this company to get a price for two frosted windows, they took measurements and said I will call you back, no phone call back from them. I called a further two times to chase up to get a price stated they would get back to me.A complete waste of time, they clearly don’t need the money or business. Complete waste of time, I’ll take my money to a company who actually wants to be professional and customer focused.I will never use this company as this is a clear indication of how difficult they would be to deal with if you did have any major work done of them.

I am not a customer with snug fit but I have had amazing help from the staff. I lost my key from one window and couldn’t replace it. I bought a complete new handle fro DIY store. I replaced it myself but couldn’t get it to work. So I came to Snugfit for advice. The staff had pity on this very old lady and came up in their lunch break to fit it for me. This is a firm definitely to trust. Give them a try . Thank you Snugfit.
