Well what can I say !! I went and bought a bike from them over the past week or so ! Got met with super happy smiley welcoming faces! What a helpful friendly bunch!! Super informative and beyond helpful!! Pointed me in the direction of a beautiful new bike ! Answered all my questions and whalaaaaaa one happy customer and one happy bike haha!! Thank you so much !! Best bike shop in town

Ravi and Paul provided the most wonderful customer service today. I bought in my Son's second hand bike to have stabilizers fitted, only to find it needed customized ones. As they are not standard, they were unavailable but Ravi found some which he'd saved in his spares" box and fitted them. My Son was thrilled

These guys were amazing. They had my bike on the rod in no time. Were lovely to chat to. Proffesional. And great value. Would defo recommend.A+ 5 gold stars. Legends

Absolutely excellent! No pressure to buy anything, gave us excellent advice and my daughters loved every moment whilst choosing their first bikes. Thank you so much for all the help and look forward to bringing them back for their services.

I went to the shop many many times and ask many many information for different kind of bike. All the staffs are very patient, polite and professionally to answer my questions. Finally, I purchased a bike for my son with the help of a staff after many many times of viewing.

We had the best service anyone could ever imagine. My granddaughter was so chuffed with her bike she was riding it around the store.The staff were absolutely brilliant and so welcoming and friendly.

Got a bad puncture nearby. The tubeless tyres on my road bike are not their forte but the guys in the shop were friendly and helpful. Did their best to get me back on the road, even if the repair didn't ultimately work (not their fault, tyre was screwed!).

This review is direct at Paul ( Store Manager ) Went in as I purchased from what I’ve been told is a half decent mountain bike and wanted a bit better insight of the brand. In the most abrupt way, he couldn’t be a**ed and just said well I’ve heard of it but can’t comment, which is fair enough but in regards to customer service at least say it in a more polite manor!I then went onto asking about service charges and what they include, well… he might of as well had a microphone to MC it to me where he said it so fast. I asked if he wouldn’t mind to write it down for me, again to be told in an abrupt manor to go on the website.It’s a shame really as a few years back I purchased a bike from Cycle King with no issues and very polite customer services.Wanted to purchase a new bike for my son but my money definitely won’t be going to this shop.

This is an amazing bike shop - go there for all ages but the team are especially great with children. Thomas is worth his weight in gold and we will go back there just for his service and rapport with the children. Great array of bikes and accessories and fantastic knowledge. Thank you so much.

I've got a 9 speed bike that required the rear derailleur to be replaced so I took it to these guys who said they would be able to do that for me; £40 labour, £50 for the part.My problem isn't the money because nothing in life is free but since taking the bike back, I'm unable to use all my gears, the selector moves but the chain doesn't move entirely across my cassette. 9th gear takes me to the 7th ring and 1st gear falls off.My first overtake I attempted I almost died as the chain just popped off so I lost drive between a bus and car, going up hill is impossible as the chain skips consistently therefor uphills and overtakign is immediately a no no, the bike although it is rideable, it is not safe or practical. I'm not the fastest guy on the road but I don't go slowI wouldn't go back here at all, I do believe in 2nd chances and all that but when the price is as expensive as what you charged, I would expect a simple job as changing a derailleur to be a 1 visit thingI've since used a YouTube tutorial and cured most the issues on the bike but I dunno what affect have a 10 speed rear derailleur on my 9 speed bike is causingI'd happily prefer to use apprentices at Halfords over these lot
