We visited McDonald’s with 3 under 6 years old for happy meal.The order was , 2 plain cheese burger happy meal and one bun and cheese burger meal, all with fries and Diet Coke for the kiddos.I went to the till to place my order to avoid mistakes.15 minutes later we hade all our meals brought to the table .We asked to warm the burgers up as they still cold. A young manager turned up at our table and explained since one of the bun had no meet in it the cheese won’t melt hence why is cold.I have asked so what’s the matter with the plain cheese burgers since those have meat inside still frozen in the middle. Instead of warming all up or change it to a warm one we hade a massive agreement how the burgers are made.I don’t need a high education to know the bun and the meat goes on the girl and get defrosted / warmed up then put together.I wasn’t expecting much just all burgers to be warm enough for my kids to have a nice meal.I showed him our plain cheese burgers second and 3rd time and he still went on strong.I would recommend everyone to avoid that store!!They have no idea of hospitality!Expect from my children’s to have a half frozen meal is discussing!

Partner had to go around drive thru 4 times and park up until he eventually received the correct order which was nice and cold and received no apology

Paid for 2x large fries but received 2x medium fries, wasn't aware til I got home. Another customer at the front had a massive order that was wrong. Staff training needed.

Waited 13 minutes for my order which was 2 x sausage & egg muffin meals. No sorry for your wait. Wasn't even busy, no staff front of house. Very poor customer experience !

This store and team have been fantastic. I visited 13.7.23 the chicken wrap I had wasn’t to my liking without hesitation or argument my food was replaced with a small refund. The shift manager and an assistant couldn’t have been anymore apologetic and helpful (Zoe and Nadine)I then left the store leaving my handbag.Today 14.7.23 I rang the store and sure enough I had left my handbag behind the team there had put my handbag ( with all its contents in their office for safe keeping until the owner came back for it. I am so relieved as it had my purse passport and drivers licence. I’m over the moon with the honesty of the team in the Burn road branch. I am one happy satisfied and relived customer. Thank guys you get a 10 out of 10 from me.

It's one of the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever endured. Tables with leftover chips outside have never been wiped clean in weeks, covered in black dust from carpark.When I collected the meals from inside, I was told that they couldn't find us. When I ordered with the app and gave a table number. The meals were barely warm, with the Double Mac burger having brown lettuce within it. Horrible, place must have been 4 members of staff walked past the dirty tables and never gave them a look over.

A very lovely Mcdonald worker brought my foot to the car, very welcoming. The food was great and had a short waiting time. This is one of the better McDonalds around.

McDonald’s food is, as always, suitable for a quick meal. It’s never amazing so I can’t give it more than 3 stars, but will always use McDonald’s wherever I am.However, this restaurant is dirty, service is never very good. There is just an overall feeling that the staff have no pride in their restaurant, and no pride in offering a good service. Sadly this is echoed all over the country now.

Never have any apple pies. Not always but most of the time the mcflurrys are not available. You ask for a simple order direct from the menu at the drive through with no changes and they tell you to move to the next window as others are served behind you. Next time I use the drive through I will refuse to move as this has happened far to often for no reason at all when others are served behind me. Shocking.Got hot drinks 3/4 full many times why not fill them correctly?

Clean and tidy having recently received a refurbishment. Fast and efficient service and food as per order. What I would expect from a McDonald's, but don't always get.
