Brighton MG was amazing, i spoke to steve who was incrediable and highly knowledgable. He handled my enquiry very quickly, then booked a consulation a few days later completed all the paperwork and i was on back on the road that same week. Steve was very polite, helpful and understanding. I had to rearrange my appointment and the other staff was very good, passed my message onto steve who called me back shortly after. They are all experinced lovely people. This dealership was an excellent experince, and would recommend to anyone!

I picked up my MG HS and found the whole experience very straight forward.All of the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, but special thanks to Andy for all his help and time he spent with us.Andy spent time explaining all of the car's functionality when we went in for a test drive and made sure we were totally happy with our selection before ordering. I made an enquiry about the MG ZS,and received a call back from Jade very soon after.Made an appointment for that day to go and View the vehicle.Jade was very knowledgeable about the Car,and took me for a spin to get a feel for it..As we drove back into the showroom I spotted the MG4 150kw Trophy Long Range EV..I asked Jade about that car and wether we could try that one out,and instead of being annoyed or put out she was more than happy to show me around the car..And again,her knowledge of the car was first class.Jade was very personable and an absolute pleasure to have as a salesperson..So now I am waiting for my order of a new MG,and it's down to Jade. .I would highly recommend going to Lookers and speaking to Jade and Steve if you are looking to buy new or used cars.

Had issues with my MG4 not accepting DC charge. Having taken nearly 12hrs to drive from the North East I was dreading the return home. Rang Brighton MG who even though they were fully booked up for over a month managed to get me in the following day. Straight away I was told there was outstanding updates required on my car including 1 safety update (not done by my local dealer only weeks before).On my return the team explained what had been done and what I could try to alleviate certain issues should they reoccur in the future.Whilst Im yet to discover if the DC issue is resolved. The entertainment system upgrade has certainly been a great success.I'd like to thank Kevin and the whole team at Brighton MG for going above and beyond my expectations you're a credit to your profession.Many thanks again

When we first started looking for the new car that we finally acquired in June 2022, we were consistently told that we should call Brighton MG if we had any questions or problems. This we have done, and we have always received the best of attention.Today we realised that there was a problem with the mirror and window controls in the car, so I rang the service number. They were, of course, fully booked through to next week but I explained that we were about to set off on a holiday in the UK for which the car was essential. I also explained that the mirror adjustments are essential as my wife and I need very different settings.It was agreed that I would take the car in the afternoon and it would be looked at and fixed if at all possible. It turned out to be a bigger job than might have been imagined but it was done without any complaint about the difficulty that must have been caused by fitting it into an already full timetable.Brighton MG have consistently lived up to what they promised at the start. We are not only pleased with the car we chose but also the company that we chose to supply and maintain it.(Car is an HS Exclusive Plug-in Hybrid)

I just bought my second MG from MG Brighton. The customer service experience is outstanding both Steve and Andy were very helpful providing me with all the information I needed to make my choice of vehicle. The MG HS Trophy is by far the best value for money car in its class.

Brighton MG have serviced my Mitubishi for the past few years and they provide an excellent service. They always try their best to accomodate customers and go above and beyond to help. They recently helped me out with a smashed wing mirror and fitted me into a busy schedule with a smile! 100% recommended.
