I visited the branch in Stretham yesterday and received one of the best and outstanding costumer service by Chrissty (i hope i spelled her name right)She is always smiling and very helpful. Thank you so much for making it easy and I appreciate your time and help every time I visit your branch.

I visited this branch today and was treated so kindly by everyone I met, I had lost my card and had to withdraw some money, this was not a standard transaction and I would have understood if it would not have been possible. The staff did all they could to help me whilst not making me feel like I was a problem. I'd happily have all off the staff I dealt with today working for me. Thankyou ladies & the Gentleman that greeted me and said goodbye

What a terrible building society Nationwide is.. in Streatham . Mo and the woman with shoulder length brown hair are jealous nasty piece of work they take customers money personally, (large sums)they red flagged my account and block it my hard earned money!As I asked for a large sums in instalments.I then went in branch Nationwide to close down my account down, because of this and transfer all my funds to Barclays because of the terrible customer service I experienced and because what Nationwide Streatham had done not allowing me to withdraw “My money “in instalments for an urgent project. Disgusting!So instead they kept me in for 2 hours and a half making excuses. Is that how desperate they are for business, blocking your money!Rude nasty staff horrible set of people that work here you can feel the bad spirit in this branch.No wonder all the branches are all closing down . Worst humiliating day of my life !
