Cowboys. Say something when they write their own reviews. Left disabled persons bedroom with water ingress. Didn't show up for weeks at a time. The whole project ran over by 9 months. Charged for things that they did not do, like £700 for scaffolding that was never there.One of those companies where they'd get the gardener in to do the plastering.Workmanship is very poor. I didn't trust the work they'd done, so I paid a surveyor independently to take a look, who came up with lots wrong. Insufficient insulation, electrical wires not fixed properly, wrong gradients on guttering creating pooling, boarding was not correct fire board to name just a few.They did fix any of the points raised by the surveyor. After seeking legal advice, we had to give them 21 days to rectify their short comings. They didn't, so we could legally end our contract with them.Dealing with this company was extremely stressful. They were the highest quote - I stupidly thought we'd get better quality work. AVOID.Frank Swaisland who was in charge at the time is not an honest man.

PJB did a long, bitty, project for me that involved replacing a kitchen window with patio doors (bespoke to fit with the house), blocking the existing door. They landscaped the garden (salvaging my favourite plants) so that a new patio (matching the existing slabs) could be laid, creating a new raised bed. They built steps down to and renovated the existing patio and extended the path. The electricians did a great job of putting in new outside electrics, replacing the existing outdoor lamps, adding new ones, and mending the pond pump while they were there. Inside, they did some readjustments in the kitchen, decorated and even helped put up the new curtains! They project managed it well, with different trades coming on schedule, sourcing materials and matching things well. The lads were easy to have around and cleared up. successful project..
