Sell you stuff as in stock" and when you inquire when it will arrive (courier sent conflicting messages) get " because of Covid it isn't worth updating the website" when asked when the bits will be in stock I was told " because of covid they don't know when the Italians will have staff to make it" initially refused a refund on the grounds of misrepresentation by selling something as" in stock" that I would have to wait as it had been specially ordered for me therefore I was unable to cancel.Ultimately I was promised a refund in 28 days.Day 22 I phone but "accounts was closed but they would leave a message to call me back on Monday "Day 29 the sameDay32 I phoned the accounts but " because of covid they had a backlog and how did she know that I hadn't got the bits and wasn't trying to defraud them out of £220 odd as no one had told her (32 days later) that I was due a refund. "After further protest from me about waiting long enough I was promised a refund .Day 36 accounts closed with no refund given.I had the pleasure of talking to the owner (bloody sure he was the man who promised me I would hear from accounts twice before. He said " because of covid they had lots of refunds to work through and I would get my money when it was my turn"Day 39 I open a case with PayPal and put my evidence through

Great quality. If you're willing to wait 3weeks for manufacturing it's well worth it. The new exhaust (pm56) gives a lovely deep sound and was well worth the money. Also it was very easy to install. Thanks.

Paul from PM tuning gave me some great advise on the parts to use to get some great hp gains on my sym jet scooterPurchased all the parts from PM Tuning and the results were amasing well pleased made it a great usable scooter five starsThanks Again Paul.

ordered a secondary gear for my aprilia sr 50 sent wrong one after paying 100 pound to get gear fitted contacted pm tuning and asked them to ask for correct one and pick up the wrong one only to be told there were none in stock they then asked me to post back to them and i would receive money back including postage paid they did not return money rang and rang fobbed off time after time full of rubbish in the end had to go through paypal to get money back so now 100 pound out of pocket to garage plus postage these people are unprofessional talk rubbish and do not know what they are doing my advise is do not use this firm if i could give no stars on feed back i would not to be trusted

Terrible, terrible service. I ordered a part that they did not have on stock even though on the website it showed as in stock. I emailed and was sent a glib reply saying to be patient. Please do not use this company. They are terrible.

Very Poor experience ordered 8th September. Emailed tracking details to be delivered 9th had stripped and prepared customer's scooter ready for rebuild. By the 15th phoned to be told parts will be delivered next week got till the 22nd no parts. Customers bike still in peices taking up workshop space that comes at a premium. Phoned again to ask for a refund as would have to repurchase the parts from another supplier at cost to me. Took till the 12th October to finally get money back. Website said item was in stock no email/calls to say that it is on back order do I wish to continue poor customer service has cost me a small business a fortune to store the bike for a month. Having been using pm since back in early 2000s think you would value us your customers better.. will be the last order I will do cannot afford to go through same experience

Loads of lambrettas in stock worth a look if your after buying one good lads to deal with

Ordered my new exhaust over the phone, recieved it as advised by staff, the exhaust is very well made and comes with fitting instructions. I recieved a very good service.
