My husband and I have used Ritehome as our letting agents for a number of years. I am absolutely delighted with their service. They go above and beyond when helping their clients. Ethan has been an amazing help and support in all aspects of the rental of our properties. We live abroad and can rely that any problems with our property are dealt with promptly, after consultation with us. They select tenants very carefully and we have had such an excellent service from Ritehome we would never use any other letting agent.

I was impressed with the entire viewing experience. It was incredibly smooth and well-organized. The information provided was more than sufficient to help me locate the apartment for viewing, and the helpful reminders made it easy to keep track of and schedule my travels.Upon seeing the property, I was genuinely impressed. It is in excellent condition, beautifully presented, and tastefully decorated. The views from the apartment are absolutely exceptional. I had several questions during the viewing, and I appreciate that all of them were answered to my satisfaction. I'm enthusiastic about applying for and renting this property, and I've already begun the application process, which I plan to complete today.Charlie's assistance throughout this process was outstanding. Went for a viewing in Glasgow with Ritemove and found the experience very good. Given the crazy rental market right now, it was nice to see viewings staggered and scheduled times honoured. The attendant was happy and answered my questions, and gave a detailed breakdown of the application process. After my application was submitted, Ritemove kept in contact and answered any query or update that I was looking for. Every property is so oversubscribed at the moment, but you didn’t feel left behind, if that makes sense. Overall, a good one.

They have prioritized my situation and made it possible to shift as soon as possible, so understanding and supportive. Quick to answer my queries. We really had an awesome experience with ritehome during our home-search, finalising the property & all related work after that. Really recommend to other tenants for a smooth process.

We are renting a flat in Glasgow at the moment and have had no issues so far. The flat is a little on the dirty side, however, with all the viewing where the potential tenants all have dirty shoes it is to be expected. Support has been very active and responds in a day to most of our queries. Would recommend.

My son moved into a flat during COVID and was not given a to condition report to sign when moving in - it was signed by the Ritehome agent! I objected to this as it claimed the property had been “professionally cleaned “ which it had not. They did eventually change the condition report to reflect this. During the 3 years he was in the flat, Ritehome were repeatedly advised that the bathroom fan was not working effectively causing widespread black mold - nothing was done. When he left the flat, it was thoroughly cleaned and left better than when he moved in. Ritehome decided to withhold £100 for “professional cleaning costs “ but refused to show receipts for this. I disputed the claim via Safedeposit Scotland who were also unable to get any info from Ritehome. 3 months in and I have just agreed to accept a £50 cleaning fee just to make this go away. Ritehome are useless! They don’t respond to emails, don’t care about tenant’s genuine concerns about mold etc. and are just deducting money from deposits without any proof or justification. I would most certainly NOT recommend this company to any future tenants. PS: the deposit company agreed they were being obstructive and unreasonable.

I've been with ritehomes for about 4 years now. They've continued to improve their services during that time to the point I feel like I'm selecting the tenants personally and have found me great tenants during that time. The turnover between tenant gaps is usually no more than a week so minimises my expenses regarding lettings. If there's a problem they do their best to resolve ASAP. They're a nice friendly, helpful and professional team. Special mention to David (lettings) and Ethan (my main agent contact....whose magic!)
