Boots

The pharmacist was not very helpful and I felt like she didn't want me to ask any questions, thankfully the pharmacy staff member was more friendly and helpful, but it's put me off going back to this store, no wonder boot's are closing 100 stores, the customer service is through the floor

This is the closest Boots to where I live, but oh boy does it have issues. The online system indicates that products are available, I walk for a mile and of course the products are not there. The staff say that they know about the problem and yet nothing is done to fix it. I had a medical issue and called 111, they told me to go to a pharmacy and get a type of medication. The pharmacist in this Boots looked like she would have literally preferred to be anywhere else in the world but here, she didn't ask me about my symptoms properly and didn't look at the issue I was pointing at on my face (skin issue) and just offered the most generic brand of the med without knowing anything at all about my medical history or conditions. On another occasion, a staff member didn't even know where in the shop a specific product would be, even after I pointed at the product on Boots website, next to a message saying that it is available at this specific Boots. Finally, went in there with an open can of Dash water and the security guard kept going around the shop following me, asking me multiple times if I had alcohol in my drink. I told him multiple times that I didn't and that it is flavoured water. He kept following me as if I am a thief. Worst experience with a staff member in a Boots ever, so unprofessional. Stock levels in general vary, and pretty basic things like eye drops are not always available. A severely underfunded branch.

Big pharmacy... big boots... Good range but you might have to ask to find things.

Went in for a flu jab. Staff were very nice. The jab was done quickly and painlessly.

I don’t even know where to begin.Let’s start with stating that my experience at this pharmacy was the worst I’ve ever had in any establishment. I have never in my 37 years been victim to such unprofessionalism and pure arrogance as I was today.When talking with a pharmacist about a concern you’d think it’d be common sense to be understanding. I’m not looking for any sympathy, but a smile would go a long way!Ottilia was clearly never taught any manners and made me feel beyond uncomfortable when discussing my medical problem. She was so rude, cold and dismissive making me feel like I was being stupid or over the top for being worried about my health. I witnessed her also speaking in a nasty tone to her colleagues and have no idea how these people tolerate her as they were lovely!I left the pharmacy with no help as I felt so unwelcome and as if I were being a burden to her for asking her to do her job. I later returned and was assisted by a young lady with strawberry blonde hair who was so helpful and really kind. Ottilia could learn a thing or two from her! I hope she was just having a bad day, if she’s this awful all the time she’s definitely in the wrong profession.

Please don’t bother sending requests for emergency prescriptions via 111 here. They are appalling. Phoned me 20 minutes before they close and after deliberation told me they would not give me an emergency prescription despite me running out and putting the request in 4 hours ago. I had phoned 4 times to ask if they had my medicine in stock in the lead up to this and was hung up on. Told to phone 111 and have a doctor order the medication. How would you like me to do all of that and drive to you within 20 minutes of you closing? Now without medication while severely unwell, and no means of getting to a pharmacy for the next three days.

Superb no 7 product consultation with very friendly and professional beautician. Lovely huge shop but nearly empty at time of early morning visit.
