WARNING ⚠️ DON’T SEND YOUR CHILD HEREIf zero stars was an option I would happily give it. I have never left a review on a site but this has had me leaving a review at 12 midnight. This tuition takes £4000 per year and expects children to be geniuses and teaches like they are young adults when they are nine or ten years old who don’t know what’s going on . I wouldn’t want to send my children here even if you offered to give me £4000 every year.

Can’t say highly enough of the enthusiasm and professionalism of Mr Sir Tailor and his team! The mentoring and coaching to both parents and kids throughout the course (even though we only had the last 8 sessions) are truly inspirational and beneficial, and it’s not only for the 11 plus exam, but for the whole learning journey in life. Once again, my heartfelt gratitude to you, Mr Sir Tailor.

We have used Sir Tailor on two previous occassions and have had a postive experience. We have now used again 10 years on with our youngest child and have a totally different view. The lessons are not fun or child orientated. The children have to largely teach themselves by watching dull subject videos and the quantity of work that children have to get through gives them no leisure time which is not good for their well-being. It is not targetted for the schools you may be interested in and covers schools from London to Sussex and beyond. Children therefore focus on areas they my not need. Very disappointed at the quality of teaching this time around, children are left despondent and do not get help if they struggle with a topic. It's largely left to the parent to provide assistance. The money back guarantee is a farce, you get less than 5% back with conditions attached. I would not recommend to anyone going forward, the focus seems to have become a money making scheme.

When we moved to the UK two years ago, we had no idea about grammar schools and 11+ exams! Sir Tailor was our guide during the 11+ preparation period and we just admired Mr Tailor's approach. We found our way with him and it brought the success. All our hard work as a team(student+parent+Sir Tailor) has paid off and my DS and my DD have been offered places at our choice of first preferences. Sir Tailor himself is incredibly passionate about learning and I am extremely pleased that I have found this company and that my DS and DD had this support during this journey. I would definitely recommend it!

S'ir Tailor is one of the best tuitions by a very wide margin!Our personal experience has been amazing and our child is definitely taking away life lessons on top of honing her academic skills.The classes and the exam oriented revisions are laser-focused with a lot of feedback at all times.The admin team has also been wonderful and helped us along the way.

My elder daughter joined the foundation course in 2015 and then did the 11+ course as well in Sir Tailor. The foundation course made her ready for the 11+ as she has become more organised and confident.The small group size gave her the opportunity to interact with the tutor more and also ask her all the queries.The videos were a added bonus as she can go back and review any topic any time.The course was concept based not only helped her to just pass 11+ but also helping her a lot in her school work and for preparing SAT's.They have issued lots of publications and work sheets and at the same time make sure that the work load was not high and she always had time for other activities.The online report and the feedback were very helpful as I was able to see the performance very week and the progress my daughter was making.Not only that they conduct mocks at the end of the course and the parents are allowed to view the paper and discuss with the tutor about how to guide them in those last few weeks before exam.She coped well with the course and its stress free.Because of this positive experience I had with Sir tailor I have also enrolled my younger daughter into 11+ course in 2017, as 6 months into the course she was doing well and at the same time enjoying it.

I highly recommend Sir Tailor's Foundation Course and 11+ Course. Sir Tailor and his team have been extremely supportive throughout the process and very committed towards the well-being and success of the children.Regardless of the outcome of the 11+ tests, my son will have benefitted tremendously with the 2 years of learning done under their care. And not just learning but also good habits, a growth mindset, and study routines. I have honestly felt that the entire course has been planned with extreme care and diligence. One example of this commitment and care would be the free CGP online practices that were rolled out to all students’ mid-term. Sir Tailor clearly felt that all children would benefit with this new offering and wasted no time in procuring subscriptions for each child.I am very thankful we had the opportunity to put my son through this course.

A huge thanks to Mr Tailor and his dedicated team of Learning Coaches for taking away the hype and drama surrounding 11plus and instead focusing on learning, growth and development. Mr Tailor's insistence on a daily diet of rich and varied reading as the single most powerful method of preparation may appear old-fashioned but his advice is worth its weight in gold. For anyone who thinks 11plus preparation needs to be long, dreary, stressful and spending hours in a room face-to-face with a tutor, we found Mr Tailor's zoom lessons hugely effective because of how robust his study materials are and how efficient (and friendly!) his back-end team is, in ensuring all the material reaches the child well in advance. We have used his video lessons again and again to revise concepts. As parents, it is easy to lose sight of the bigger picture when one is too narrowly focused on scores, results and outcomes and this is where we found his education webinars for parents particularly useful to regain perspective. I have personally benefitted from a long one-one session with Mr Tailor who happily devoted more than an hour of his personal time to coach, guide and reassure me - not to mention the long hours he spent with the children preparing for exams over the summer.Signing up to Mr Tailor's classes is undoubtedly the best investment we made in A's learning and growth: their commitment to your child is real, genuine and is to be experienced to be believed.

Sir Tailor has provided amazing support for my son with his 11+ preparation. The amount of resources provided are extremely great value for money and the tutors have been there whenever there was a query on anything. My son has enjoyed his zoom sessions during the last year and Ms Shikhare has kept the class always engaged. Sir Tailor himself is incredibly passionate about learning which shows in all his videos. The mock exams at the end of the course are an incredibly valuable addition to the course so you will not need to worry about booking any external exams. I am extremely pleased that I have found this company and that my son had this support during this journey. I would definitely recommend it!
