Costless food and wine

This shop is acting as Evri Parcel shop. But they are thieves. they have stolen my £199.99 amazon return parcel and sent the empty box to amazon seller. On 07/08/23 at around 16:00 I had dropped off my amazon return at this shop. After investigation, Evri currier company claimed that the return box was opened and the return slip was pilled off from the parcel, they said the shop keeper may have stolen the precious item from the box. Plus the shop keeper must have given me a proper receipt for my return item, instead he gave me a small blue card with barcode (P7189133) and wrote date on it. The shop keeper knew the content of the brown parcel box as he saw me putting it in the brown box. My mistake was that I passed the box and the printed slip to the man behind the till and he gave me that blue small receipt with barcode. When I asked him to provide me a printed receipt he insisted that this is the receipt.

I have alway used courier service from this shop they are very professional and cooperative. I always received and sent safely. In this shop i also do basic grocery shoping.Very help full people and supportive.Shahzad iqbal khan

The old guy is really nice. We live locally and every time me and my wife go there he is welcoming, warm and helpful. The prices are affordable and they have a good selection of items

I sometimes drop nearly 100 Evri parcels a week to this shop. The shop owner and staff are always really polite, helpful and professional. The shop is spotlessly clean and well organised and I can’t recommend their services enough!
