NCP Eastbourne Trinity Place
Pre-booked online. Never received info for a qr code. No way to access a qr code online on my account. Upon exit of the car park I was charged £8.95 again. No answer on the help button of the barrier. Cars backed up for 20 minutes. In the end was forced to pay again. Have requested a refund of the extra cost. But not heard a thing. Will not be using this car park again

Not very secure car park. At least one car was broken into whilst we stayed there. As it’s a 24 hour car park, it’s subject to anti-social behaviour and car break-ins. Stairwells were urine soaked. Rubbish, plastic bags and Vodka bottles etc. dumped in several place. At least one car left overnight was broken into (just a few spaces down from our car on the 5th floor). If staying overnight, please don’t leave anything on display in your car.

Fairly priced car park in the centre of Eastbourne. You can reach the beachfront in under 5 minutes. Plenty of spots, just drive up to the higher floors. They take care payments. Petrol station is right outside the car park structure.

NCP Eastbourne Trinity Place
It's not overly expensive and about 5 minute walk to get into Eastbourne town. Even quicker to sea front. However it would appear alot of people that don't seem to have children like to park their cars in the parents/child spaces and the car park does nothing about it.Payment system is quite modern and it's a little cheaper if you use their app.

Great place to park, close to all local amenities, the town is just a few minutes walk away, and the promenade and beach also in close proximity. We used it to park all day as we were at the Rothesay tennis tournament Devonshire Park, we prefer this as opposed to leaving the car on the seafront in the heat of the day.

Absolutely wonderful car park with fantastic wide spaces. So many old town centre car parks don't work with the width of modern cars. Lots bumps and scrapes against pillars and other cars. Here they have widened nearly all the spaces, brilliant idea.

Easy to get to, the parking spaces are HUGE, and payment is so straight forward (ticket on entry, pay by card at exit barrier, or machine before going back to car). Prices significantly cheaper than beachfront street parking and even the Beacon shopping centre (10 min leisurely walk) The exit stairways however absolutely stink like pee. On 2 occasions we've seen a homeless person sleeping in a tent taking up 2 bays (much to the frustration of drivers struggling to find spaces).

July 2023.Good carpark, big parking spaces, near shops and beach. We paid £7.95 for 5 hours, which is really good.

Pre-booked for the weekend. Arrived, qr code recognized, ticket issued, left on time without problems. Hassle free parking right next to the promenade, beach and town centre. The price for the weekend was good too. Happy!
