Was hoping for a hot chocolate during a 40 minute wait between connecting trains from Sheffield to Kings Cross.Sadly closes at 5pm on Saturdays, so we had to make the best of the waiting room which was clean & warm.

I found the staff friendly, polite and efficient dealing with travellers who wanted more than liquid refreshment 10 - 15 minutes before the train arrived

Fab little Costa at Retford station. Barista is lovely but tables and space is poorly laid out and single doors, from the original station, which makes access with crutches or a suitcase a challenge. Great coffee and food options too.

Ideally situated at the station.Called in whilst waiting for the London train, ordered 2 coffees and was about to order biscuits and cakes until I noticed flies on the pastries.This Costa Coffee bar must protect the open food trays from instances like this if they are to survive.This experience has certainly put me off visiting Costa Coffee outlets in the future.

Nice location and store decor but really poor service. 6 staff stood behind the counter talking and cleaning things not one thought to say they would get to the queue in a minute so after a few minutes of waiting someone ahead of me asked to be served and from then on the staff seemed really annoyed that they had to serve people. Will not be going back

It's a Costa. However, as opposed to most generic coffee chains, the staff here are really nice, attentive, remember who you are and do a good job of making morning sleep juice. Worth a visit! Also, keep off the blueberry muffins, they're mine

Great staff, great customer interaction, nice friendly service! Can get a little busy in a morning but you can normaly still get your daily caffeine fix without a problem!

Great coffee and friendly staff but unsure why it now doesn’t open until 7am when the busiest train of the day leaves at 6:51.

I went for good to go and I told them I'm vegetarian but they give me a fish sandwich and chicken wrap...I requested them to change it but they denied to change it and told me that it is not working like that...it is worst experience ..
