I don’t know where they find their staff, but I’ve never experienced the level of rudeness as when I visited the restaurant. I collect my food, I made a mistake by miscounting how many drinks I had, and was met with abusive rudeness from an employee with greasy hair. He was dressed differently, so I can only assume that he was the manager, but Burger King could probably throw a stick and the first person it hit would be a guaranteed improvement to the ignorant “manager” in Burger King Eastbourne. Honestly, I still don’t think this text is doing it justice on how rude he was over a mistake that I immediately accepted fault for. To make it worse; I am a military veteran, and this was on Remembrance Sunday! You couldn’t write it!I was so appalled, we decided to eat elsewhere. Honestly, if Burger King can’t screen their staff better, I can’t see them lasting until next year. The proof is in the fact that there was hardly anyone in the restaurant and McDonald’s had people queueing outside.Also, the food was cold! But I could’ve lived with that. I can’t live with a grown man talking down to me because he’s had to work a Sunday. Get a grip, and be more professional!Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Half hour wait for food when it was really quiet - had to go up and ask for it even after the wait. hate to think what it would be like when busy! Staff weren't interested at all and were unhelpful.No sauces available when asked although the burgers did still have sauce on.Plant based whopper tastes just like the real thing so cannot complain about that but this was one of the worst Burger Kings I've been in

Good to have BK back in Eastbourne after so long without. Fairly small unit and so there is not tons of seating but better than the laughably new KFC further down the road.Staff friendly and service was quick. Shame they don't have the freestyle soda machines like other BK's I have been to. Also, there are no trays to carry food to your table.Be sure to get the BK app as they have tons of offers on there that you can use again and again.

Really struggled to manage order screens. Virtually impossible to just order a single burger, so you must queue up for a human, then discover the poor clerk doesn't know how to place such an order either.Saddened to say that for a shop that has only been open for less than sixty days, it was quite dirty. Perhaps the low customer count during a peak serving time (17:00-18:00) reflects this.Not very impressive.

Food cold, bacon cold as if it came from the fridge, queried this and was told that's how it comes! No interest in getting anything right just getting the orders out, really disappointed as love burger king but won't be going back to this one! All customers were complaining their food was cold, but front staff ignored this, no apology, no attempt to resolve the complaints!

Burger was fine, waited half an hour and staff were useless. No coffe machine, loads of burgers unavailable and no sauces. A shambles of a place and the lady behind the counter was totally useless

So disappointed, not the burger King i remember. Went in for lunch and ordered cheeseburgerCold bacon put on top of unmelted cheese in a burger bun that felt like it had just come out of the fridge with the bacon, returned it and said the bacon was stone cold and was told thats how it comes, yuck is all I can say. I shall never darken your doors again . Staff completely unhelpful.

Absolute worst burger king I’ve ever had. Worst customer service, slow and lazy, manager looking in all directions, not able to follow order instructions and rude. Food is absurdly bad, the usual 1 mm beef patty dry and tiny, cold, loaded fries were a joke, some yellow liquid that tastes fake and a very tiny amount added, must be a joke. Drink was coke and it was actually mostly water, so bland and sad. Never having burger king again! That’s why it’s at the end of the list in terms of restaurants. Shame on you!

We have been a regular customer here in Burger King terminus road. Just today we ordered Bacon Double Chesseburger XL and Smoky Bacon Double Whopper Meal as normally. Suddenly today staff gave us small drink when we mentioned we normally have large drink for XL meal all the staff (Yesmin and Ajorge) insisted that we can only have large burger but drink is not automatically large. This is dissapointing as we felt fooled and did not have our expected order. Also all condiments ketchup and mayonaise wer being sold for 30p which is fine with us but what is really not acceptable is they were insisting in what is totally wrong. Even when you see online you will see that these meals should have be paired with a large drink. I know this is just small thing but it matters as we felt we were not heard and we were made fools by those staff.
