West Bromwich Albion Football Club

I was there as an away fan for a thoroughly-enjoyable West Bromwich Albion 1 Sunderland 2.The stewards were very friendly & professional, and the organisation impeccable. After the match away fans have to walk down a path that leads in a few minutes to their coaches and then to the train/metro stations which are clearly signposted.The ground itself is fine, with decent views of the pitch.The match was pretty decent too :-)

We had such a brilliant time. Tour of the stadium, lunch, activities, ceremony. Went for an event and it was very inclusive and well thought out. All the staff were extremely understanding and friendly. Would definitely go back for another event.

Great hospitality from start to finish. Great atmosphere and the baggies got the win over Ipswich. The staff, in particular the waitresses, went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of! The food was great and the drinks were non-stop!

Took father in-law who’s is a life long Westbrom supporter and got the VIP tickets with 3 course meal and seats in Richardson stand. Absolutely worth every cent. Had a great time and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Carol who handle our arrangements was a star and very good at what she does. Thank you to the entire staff. I highly recommend this experience as it makes the game even more enjoyable.

Nice day up the baggies on Saturday against Swansea I was in the Smethwick end as a carer for my mate. Easy access to the toilets and bar carling 5 kwid a bottle it was the worst carling we ever had it tated like rocket fuel.

For away fans, WBA is a good day out. Easy parking - we used West Broms' own parking service, which cost £10. The local car park scallies were also charging a tenner, so no premium paid to park securely at the Mercure Hotel, which is 5 mins walk away. You do have to cross a couple of busy roads, however.View from back row is good with decent stepping down, so unless you get 6 foot 6 giants in front, you should be able to see ok.Programs are £4 so didn't bother - same as the food - looked OK, but pricey.Stewards good - we were kept back after the final whistle, which appears normal, and there is a one-way system in place when you do get out.Overall, it's well worth going as an away fan.Almost forgot - one mascot, ok the other ?Make your own mind up.

We were there for the West Bromwich Albion vs. Chesterfield 17.01.2023 match. The stadium looks lovely, the staff was very efficient, except in the half-time when you go for a hot drink, there was a giant queue. After 150 years of experience you would think they would be able to make it more efficient.

Easy to get too. Good atmosphere and banter with home fans. ITFC fan
