First Hand Sports Therapy

I had a really painful shoulder injury that was starting to affect me not only in the gym but in everyday tasks. After a few sessions George had me doing some exercises to ease the pain in these areas and within a few weeks the pain started to fade. It’s nearly a year since the injury and as promised, I’m now back in the gym and back to lifting my usual weight with out issue. This is a top service and one I would recommend very highly.

Seen George quite a few times now for various injuries/issues over the years, always manages to fix me up within one session and provides simple yet effective rehab plans to ensure the issues do not return. Cannot recommend enough!

Went and saw George for a wrist injury (no jokes), and a back problem. Needless to say he sorted both out. What I would say is not only is George incredibly knowledgeable, and a very professional person, the value is completely worth it. I could have been sat on my arse, waiting for the NHS to give me some half arsed treatment in 6 months time, and instead I just paid the £55 quid and saw him. He also never tried to ‘con’ me. He thought he’d only need to see me 3 times, explained why, and didn’t try to squeeze any extra money from my issue. Very honest person, very professional, very knowledgeable. 10/10

I can’t recommend George highly enough. He managed to resolve a long term shoulder problem for me and a lower back issue in a matter of a few weeks, after I spent the last four years getting nowhere with doctors and specialists, and multiple MRI’s and X-rays. His knowledge and skill has restored my faith in what can be achieved by a couple of visits to the right person!

George is very knowledgeable and thorough. The treatment he provides along with exercises he gives me to do at home have made a huge difference and really helped with the symptoms of my injury and helped to keep me running! It's always a pleasure to see George

George is the best sports therapist I have been to without a doubt. Without fail he correctly diagnoses my new injuries along with one's that have failed to be diagnosed by previous sports therapist and doctors in the past. Every injury/niggle I've had he has successfully treated and provided ongoing physio exercises to reduce the risk of recurrent injury. Couldn't recommend him enough.

I went to George initially regarding a couple of pain areas. George helped diagnose and treat the areas successfully. George even went as far as providing me with stretches to support the effected areas. I would also go as far to say the best sports massage I have ever had too. George is super knowledgable and I have referred lots of people to him. Highly recommend!
