The car they gave has an electrical fault. I phoned AA they got it started quite easy but said it needs to go to MG straight away.I phoned easidrive they said can't have replacement until yesterday. Still waiting. Website down, emailed. Still waiting.What am I supposed to do with my disabled wife in the meantime?Worst customer service I've ever had!!!!!!@!@@@@!!!

Please Avoid using this company not worth the headache and disappointment dealing with them. Was good at beginning just to get us in their courtesy car then they started being funny ended up giving the courtesy car back threatened me that I would have to pay for credit hire when I was involved in a non fault accident. So glad I returned the car and got a credit hire from enterprise instead service was 100 times better and professional.

A special thank you to my insurance company for choosing THE BEST for my courtesy car. Easidrive sent me an immaculate clean car, the driver who delivered the car was very kind and professional. When I had to return the car back, I forgot my tablet in between the seats, I offered to go and collect it and they kindly sent their driver to drop it off free of charge. If that is not the best customer service than I don’t know what to tell you. I was impressed by their amazing customer service, it exceeds anyone’s expectations. So proud to recommend them to everyone!

Consistent communication via phone and emails. Easy to reach via phone. Arranged repairs and injury claim with 3rd parties. Went the extra mile to drop courtesy car at specified time. Was very surprised at how lovely the courtesy car was. All very efficient. Good repair job, all parties professional.

Awesome team at EasiDrive. Managed to settle my claim professionally and with confidence against a third party, put me in a lovely hire plated taxi for the duration of the repairs and kept me updated from start to finish. Hopefully I don't need to use them again, but if I do I'll be back to EasiDrive.

Very bad customer service, Joel was repeating his questions several times, the question that was annswered once was repeated ant least 3-4 times , and there was very poor customer service on behalf of this advisor. Joel was purposely asking not relevant questions and questions which he had informations about the claim previously provided by my insurance company. Strongly dissatisfied with the experience in communication and arranging curtesy car. I will file complain against this advisor and for sure avoid using their service !!!!

I definitely do not recommend this company. I was mistreated and harassed from the very beginning. This supposed company wasted more than a month of my time promising me professional help in a matter that was not my fault. The damage was not repaired and the employees thought they had found an idiot whose car we would repair incompetently, even though the damage was not my fault! I strongly advise against using this company's services!

DON’T LEAVE ANYTHING IN THE VEHICLE.I left a pair of Ray-ban sunglasses in a van I had, I know 100% they were in there, when I rang to say I’d left them they sent me a text saying nothing had been found in the van.Not even the courtesy to ring me and lie to me.Nothing I can do about it but wouldn’t have expected one of the staff members to steal them. FUMING.

Easidrive was chosen by the insurance company to carry out a repair on my lexus CT200H.First of all they cant promise an estimated work to be finished.I have been given 5 diffident estimated day which takes 5 weeks.Week Ending June 2023 they told me that my car will be returned to me by end of first week July.Now its 8th of August 2023, 5 weeks later I am still waiting for my car to be returned.A minor body work and a wheel.I have clearly asked them that I will be on holiday on the 30th July and if this is too short we will arrange after my holiday. “can you make sure that the car is returned to me by than 100% guaranteed and he said ohh definitely we have lots of time”.Every week promised end of the week and this been going on for 5 weeks now.Still waiting for my car to be returned.Last email I sent them on the 6th August.“The garage have advised that your vehicle will be delivered back to your home address tomorrow at the latest. They have advised that there was a delay with the wheel and this issue has now been resolved”.Still not sure when I will receive the car.Unfortunately I can not give less than 1 star other wise I would have.

Not has a good experience with these guys. Was really helpful at first. Then after a week of being ignored. I get an email. No phone calls. Just an email to say the other party’s insurance have paid out. Without consulting me first. So now Friday I’ve been emailed numerous times to say send my bank details so they can pay. My car will be cat n. I can keep and repair myself. We asked for a bit more because the valuation was well below what our car is. We have been told constantly to accept this offer and when engineers access it again they will send any other moneys. I said ok fine. Can I have what’s been said in an email please for proof. I Was told of course no problem. Next thing I receive another email. Saying now my car is repairable. They have increased payment. So it’s not a cat n now. It’s all to stressful. I’m my partner’s carer after having a major operation for cancer. She or me don’t need any more stress. All our Phone calls have been recorded so it’s quite easy to prove how we’ve been lied too.
