I was recommended this place a few months ago by my girlfriend. Although she has had no negative experience with this place, My first time taking my almost £200 north face coat there for a clean and it came back missing the fabric tabs attached to each zip. When I questioned it, I was told it’s something that just happens. I would expect greater care to be taken when any item is dropped off. Also, when I picked up my jacket , it looked like it had shrunk a bit. The only thing allowing me to identify my jacket being a pen mark on the fabric. I did however love the customer service and how they were willing to install new tabs (although they were not mine it’s the thought that counts). I just hope that this bad practice is rectified and more care is taken of expensive items like this.

Had my suit trousers shortened here and they did such a great job. The staff was really friendly and the service was efficient and very reasonably priced.

Very bad finish on alterations on my dress. I will now need to take my dress to another place to complete the job. The finish is terrible... I could have done a better job as they just added a couple of rough stitching which is visible when I wear the dress.

This dry cleaner is BRILLIANT at repairs!! The repair gentlemen is called Latif and he has repaired many jackets, trousers, shirts and jumpers that have come apart with age or my expanding waistline!!! This is an amazing service for Surrey Quays and a service that I keep using again and again. Latif is an artist of the repair patch. Alongside the boss Malik this is an excellent shop!!! Thank you Latif!!!
