Very helpful lady on the phone. The spotlessly clean ambulance arrived on time for the stretcher transfer of my mother from care home to her home. The two gentlemen crew were genuinely caring towards my mother. They skillfully negotiated the 6 inch step into the property and the turn of the hall into the room. Without asking, they protected her dignity by closing the curtains before transferring her to the bed. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
