I have used MRB once and wish to continue using their service. Due to demand Michaels team is very busy, so I’m always patient upon receiving a reply via email. Beware of a company that replies straight away, yes?Unlike many other roofing companies, MRB talked me through the work and genuinely listened to my requirements whilst providing a robust solution.The team are always prompt and tidy up once work is completed.

Have used MRB twice now for works on my house, first time was to replace the lead flashing, also cleaned some of the moss off my roof and replaced some cracked tiles for free (obviously not to many as it would have cost him)Second time i asked Michael for a quote to fix the felt (the lack of lead, lead to water damaging the felt and blowing a hole in it) and to repair the gutter joint between neighbours. Fixed the joint there and then for effectively a cup of coffee.Prices are reasonable and inline with competitors or were for the works required.Wore a mask when inside the house at all times encase your worried about that aspect.

Found M.R.B Roofing Ltd on Trust a Trader, did an amazing job replacing our flat roof.Very friendly and hardworking team, Alex exceptionally polite every day.Was updated morning and evening with progress on the roof. They completed the job in no time at all and left the area, including my driveway, tidier than when they started the work.MRB Roofing Ltd is an excellent company and I would be more than happy to recommend them to friends and family.Thanks guys

Friendly, professional and honest. Provided a fantastic service for a great price. Highly recommended.UPDATE: Knocked off a couple of stars as they cleared the gutters but didn't fix the blockage. Emailed them with a video of water cascading down the downpipe and provided phone number as requested but they didn't get back to me. Probably provide a better roofing service than guttering.

Mike and his team did an excellent job of replacing our flat roof. We have other work needing doing and Mike went above and beyond to help us with a plan of action going forward. He was honest and couldn't have been more helpful. On the day his team were brilliant. They got the job done efficiently and left everything as they found it. Couldn't recommend them more. Will definitely be using them for future work.

Not sure how genuine these reviews are but my review is based on my experience of this company. Never got any work done from this company so this review is not based on their work. I tried to get a quote from this company and the person that came out had a very good understanding on what needed doing but they never provided me with a quote. What annoys me is if you don't want the job it is pointless wasting the customers time and coming out. I had hoped to give this company quite a lot of possible potential work in the future and its their loss.
