Apart from one disappointing visit in 2018 I have always been very pleased with Sinclairs. Nice showroom and waiting area with TV and drinks machine. Staff always helpfully and polite.

This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Sinclair Vans Swansea and once again had a great experience and customer service . Highly recommend. Staff Clearly enjoy the job and seem to be looked after which is nice to see.

We were well looked after by Martin, not pressured, given a demonstrator for a couple of hours to do as we pleased. Looking forward to delivery early in new year.

Great staff very helpful and professional. If you want your car done right instead of going to a chancer garage like the insurance companies suggest. Get it here. The front bumper was replaced. Took 5 days from drop off to collection. Just like they said. They even cleaned the car before I had it back.

Called in to get advice on a new motability car, the motability advisor Brian couldn't be anymore helpful! He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. Advised on vehicles available, suitability, cost and even arranged a test drive that day!Excellent customer service. Diolch

Left feeling very letdown, upset and annoyed.Cancelled my order after waiting 5 months for a car.Paid a deposit on what I thought was an itemised bill that I believed to be an agreement of the final figure to be paid. Only to be told that they then were to revalue my car and it had dropped in value. I wasn't explained this at the beginning. My grief is about the principle.If a better deal had come out on the car I ordered, I still would have expected to pay what was agreed at the time I purchased the car. I wouldn't have thought I would have been offered the better deal.Lost all faith in skoda so purchased a new car elsewhere. Very happy now.

I was absolutely delighted with the service I received from Martin and the team at Sinclair following the deal I saw advertised on autotrader for a new octavia that was built and coming into stock. I had been searching for a new car for some time and this one ticked all my requirements. I was made to feel like a valued customer from start to finish, not being pressured into a purchase. Once I placed a deposit I was kept updated on a possible collection date and made aware of products and services available to me. I added a number of accessories, all of which had been fitted before I collected the vehicle. The entire team here is friendly and welcoming. It was certainly worth the 3 hour journey from Hampshire to do business with Sinclair. I will certainly be back. Thank you all for a great experience and a lovely car!

BUYERS BEWAREI came to purchase my used car from here which was over 16,000 pounds, at this price the least you can ask for is a reasonable standard on your car you are purchasing and good customer service and responsive after care. well what I received when I arrived was very friendly staff as you expect but I started getting the warning signs when inspecting the vehicle the engine bay was filthy, it hadn't even been wiped over which is hassle to clean and expect it to be as clean as the exterior. the interior was a different story, though the seats and carpet were clean I wiped down the steering wheel which left my wipes brown and the arm rest compartment looked like some one had genuinely eaten out of it and the door bins even had bits of plastic in them from the previous owner. I also checked the tyre pressure as it is a legal requirement and all of the pressure where odd some even being under the recommended value. I asked the assistant to have the tyres pumped before I left but got some guy who came from service who had an attitude problem saying they were all fine and only pumped up one by 5 psi and didn't really care much. I also noticed some major bits of damage which wasn't declared to me by the person who was selling my car to me. now I do expect the odd scratch here and there but these bits were very noticeable. now after all of that I explained this to the person who was dealing with me who wasn't there on the day and said they will speak to the manager and get it sorted. haven't heard anything for a week, I could go into consumer rights but its no point because in the end its just more stress to go down that route than to get it sorted yourself. very disappointed and misleading and you should check everything before you buy here and make sure the person who is selling you a vehicle is present on the day to deal with any issues there.
