Castlewater Bathrooms

First time I have used this Company, first class service from walking in the door of the Showroom to completed job. Chris helped me sort out the products I required for our new Shower Cubicle and Shower. He explained about the products and passed my details to an excellent plumber called Sean Kirk. I did ask alot of questions to make sure this hopefully would be our last shower refit as the past two had many problems!! Different Company and different plumber.Sean was the very best plumber I have ever met, he knows his stuff and has done an excellent job for us, we are very pleased with the results, I am very fussy person, this review is genuine! I would not hesitate to recommend this Company and Sean Kirk as the plumber.

Castlewater Bathrooms were excellent from the moment we walked into the showroom. Helping us to plan our bathroom to fitting it. They came when they said and did a first class professional job. Very friendly and accommodating staff and would definitely use them again in the future.

Everybody at castle water bathrooms were so nice and helpful. They did what they said. Ryan Cleland fit our shower room and worked very hard for 8 days. He resolved problems without drama. We would have Ryan work for us anytime. Once again thank you all for a lovely shower room BRILLIANT!!All the best Brian and Yvonne Sheldon.

Very helpful and accommodating with regards to the number of times we changed our minds about the design and fittings for our new bathroom. Paul was knowledgeable and patient. There is a good range of products on display and we were given plenty of time to decide on what we wanted. Our bathroom won't be fitted until February 2021 though, so watch this space!

What can I say, the best bathroom supplier in Castleford. The team are so friendly and welcoming without being pushy. We were guided by Danny who was extremely knowledgeable helping us choose the correct products for our small Cloakroom. He pointed out the pros and cons of all the products we looked at. His communication is second to none. On delivery Danny was with other customers so Liam filled in for him and did an excellent job. We were made to feel extremely valued customers. Don't even bother visiting the others!

These guys are amazing. Nothing has ever been too much for them & their work is second to none. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you so much for all your help. We’ll be in touch again soon.

I bought hand wash sink from them with the tapThe tap I choose they didn’t have it in stock so they suggest a different tap over the phone to mewhen I receive the item I don’t like it so I tried to return it so they charge me £25 as location storage for the tap to return I think it’s really cheap cheeky company they are so i decide to put this review for the £25 they took off meplus the product what they sale you can get it a lot cheaper on eBay because they are the same

From the moment we walked into the showroom we were very impressed, the staff made us feel completely at ease, we was able to look around without any pressure to buy. The whole process from start to finish was hassle free. I cannot recommend this company enough, thanks for all your help Castlewater. We would definitely use these again.
