Booked a taxi at 11:40am and was told it was on its way, phoned back at 11:50am and explained that we had a bus to catch at the bus station at 12:15pm. I was told it would be 4 or 5 mins. Then had to drive ourselves into the town at 12pm as it still hadn’t turned up and leave car where no doubt we will get a parking ticket. At 12:04pm - 24 mins later I got a text to say it was outside. Will NOT use this service again. If there is a 20+ mins wait for a car you should be letting customers know.

Called to ask for a taxi and was told there were no taxis in the area. When I asked if I could book a taxi, they were extremely rude and hung up the phone. Trying to get home with my small child to be met with very rude customer service. Would NOT recommend!
