Maidstone Aquatics

Had an unfortunate problem with the fish I bought from here which wasn't Maidstone Aquatic's fault. They dealt with it amazingly well however and resolved the problem without a fuss. Great service. I'd recommend them as they're very knowledgeable!

The best pet shop in Maidstone, possibly Kent. Wayne and the team are the most friendliest pet shop team we have ever met and obviously really care about all their animals and are very knowledgeable. They allowed our dog Foxi in to roam around and she loved seeing all the animals and even gave her some treats, she loves the rabbit ears. Wayne gave the girls lollipops and made the whole afternoon a real joy for the family. So even if you don't need anything and just want to look around, I am sure Wayne and the team would be more than happy to show you around. You just do not get this sort of service from the larger pet shop chains. Please support your local pet shops, the children will love it

Great little jem, don’t be deceived by its relatively small front there is plenty in there. Well stocked tanks and accessories. The tanks and fish themselves are plentiful and very well exhibited. You can see the staff are genuinely passionate about their fish. Thoroughly recommend.

I have been here on 2 separate occasions and the service was amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and even though they was extremely busy the young guy was happy to help and spent along time with me. The staff really know their stuff to the point they have shown me different apps you can get to show what the animals can and can’t eat. I was amazed as you don’t seem to get good service in most shops anymore but this place goes above and beyond. Thank you guys!!

Shop is always clean and well set up with the changes. Staff are also very friendly, kind and informative.

I've had both my budgies and my cockatiel from here. All three are beautiful birds. Wayne and his team have been extremely helpful even with aftercare when I had any queries or concerns.

They have a wide selection of budgies bought two of mine from there which have a huge personality wish they did cockatiels but love the budgies. The staff are so kind and help alot if you have any questions they also have so many nice cages to choose from and everything you need for a budgie hoping to get another budgie when I get a bigger cage :)

Great shop. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Can wander round at your leisure with help nearby if needed. Fish very well cared for. Doggy bits as well. Fair prices. Well worth a visit
