Appalled at the customer service me and my partner just received, visited the store at 12:30 23/01/22 and the two employees are not up to protocol when it comes to basic food handling and hygiene, the server who was on bread, assembled the sandwich with the meat filling then proceeded to put salad on the sandwich without changing gloves, total disgrace and total cross contamination with the touching of meat and then salad, the other employee on till had no idea on what he was doing, got all the way to the car to realise he hasn’t cut the two foot longs in half, which is basic subway procedure, with this visit I would not recommend this store to anyone and especially if you are vegetarian or vegan. If I could I put no stars I would.

We ordered on just eat, it took over an hour to get to us and when it came we were missing food and the sandwiches were wrong and even after stating no cheese due to allergies they put it on.

Wouldn't toast my butty for fear of dropping good inside the sandwich oven. That's right.What exactly is he going to use the sandwich for?Drying his scruds?Bloke was rude and unhelpful had to go to another down road.Think he didn't like the look of me or something.No hard feeling and all that just like my tikka toasted pal.

Pre-ordered a day earlier for 11:45am via Just EatOrder confirmed in the morning.It's been on order confirmed and not moved to 'Assigning a driver' part for over an hour of the delivery timeI have tried calling 15+ times but they just let it ring out.Real sad about this since I don't have many options on justeat and love subway but... first experience and even pre-ordered prev night and cant even update me or pick up the phone.It has now been labeled as Delivered from order confirmedNow I have to waste time getting my money back, no food. time wasted. 0 contact from resturant.

walked in at 9am when it’s supposed to be open at 7 staff still setting up not friendly at all and had to wait a good 20 minutes just to be served, really poor if you ask me

£18 for 3 small mediocre sandwiches a wrap and 3 small drinks seems a bit steep but they were relatively taisty so possibly not too bad. Not sure what the hype is about but infinitely better than Mickey D's or KFC.

Lovely staff, friendly and chatty. Clean store right next to tescos but it's also relatively new. You can't go wrong with a veggie patty sub crammed with salad but loads of meaty choices. Downside, it needs an electric door for easy access to the shop, all new stores, not just subway should have these as standard...has a disabled toilet inside and baby change.

From start to finish a mess. Won't be using this store again.Came in got shouted at and couldn't understand what was being said, the male staff member didn't listen to our order then having to reorder the rest of our food seperate. No pride whatsoever in preparing the sandwich just throwing the ingredients onto the bread. Messed up and overcharged us on the receipt then telling us to get some crisps but not telling us he had already put it through. Just to top it off the female making food luckily not preparing our order had big false nails (not a problem normally) had managed to split her gloves with her nails and carried on using her nail to separate the tomatoes. And final bit the muffins were open and not covered.
