I cannot praise this company high enough, particularly Chris Mander, their General Manager.I telephoned last week to enquire about sending a blood sample to Singapore for tissue typing.Chris not only explained the proces/different options very clearly but he also encouraged me to consider having the test done in the UK, even though this meant that there will be no business for them.And his kindness did not stop there - when we spoke again the next day, he had taken the trouble to locate a laboratory in London that I should contact for this purpose.This is clearly a company whose philosophy is to put the interests of their customers first and I applaud that, as it is sadly uncommon these days.As it turned out, we will be undertaking the test locally thereby saving us considerable expense and for that we will always be grateful to Chris for his kindness and professionalism.I would not hesitate to use Jag Express in the future.

Jag Express recently shipped an antique writing box for from their Cambridge UK facility to my home in Melbourne Australia . Their service , advice , prompt quote and concern for my goods was first rate . Outstanding service . My box left the afternoon it was dropped off . I was provided with a tracking number and watched as it winged way to Australia . Six days later after customs clearance it was delivered to our front door by their Melbourne agent .
