Bought a flat in Cheltenham through Nick. It was a blessing that the seller had chosen his establishment as Nick and team were incredibly valuable to me. When Solicitors stop giving you attention through the protracted purchase (and presumably sale) process, Nick will get parties moving along and will keep you informed. Though NG Estate Agents' client was my seller, they were extremely responsive and helpful throughout. I felt that Dee's experience and poise during difficult times was ultimately key in my purchase completing. I would strongly recommend Nick Griffith Estate Agents. I used them to sell my late parents' house. The sale was considerably delayed when my father died shortly before exchange of contracts. So the process took considerably longer than expected. Both Dee, with whom I dealt mostly, and Nick himself were very personable, friendly and supportive. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
