Very poor sales,design service, and follow up to a new kitchen we wanted fitted, start date agreed, and we were let down last minute. £4k paid upfront and only £2k returned so far. We're looking to the small claims court to get the rest back. Does not follow instructions on purchasing, does not listen to questions, and alterations of plans, ordered equipment that we were purchasing ourselves,he was told we were sourcing them cheaper, not following agreed written schedule, and expected us to pay for his mistake.Didn't listen to concerns we had, and his delay cost us heavy cancellation fees for the electrician, plus physical threats, and the carpenter / builder we hired, and who were ready to start on the agreed date.4th January.We are still trying to get the money refunded as I write.

We had our doors, pelmet and cornice changed only took one day we are very happy with the result and the price Mark the fitter was very professional.

Great experience with Alan and his team at Kitchencraft. This was our second kitchen that KC designed and fitted for us, the first is still going strong after 25 years! Alan listened carefully to what we wanted, made suggestions and was very flexible throughout. Yes, there were some delays but that was due to us not sourcing the floor and wall tiles in time. Mark and Michael were fantastic fitters-very polite and respectful throughout....and tidy!I can't understand the previous negative Google review, that was not our experience at all.Thank you Kitchencraft!
