Very unhappy with the approach. They had a product on sale with 21.00£ and after they scanned it they said it's 45.00£. I did ask the seller to honor the display price but was looking for all sort of excuses not to do it. Very disappointed, never going back again. And I was a loyal customer.

I have spent loads at the fragrance shop over the years but I'm never going back there again. My wife bought me perfume by accident instead of aftershave and I took the cellophane wrapper off before I realised and now they won't exchange it for the men's version! Its not even like I was asking for a refund. My wife even said to them when she was buying it that it was a birthday gift for her husband and the staff didn't think to point out that she had picked up the woman version by mistake. Awful service. Now my wife has got new perfume and its not even her birthday and I get nothing.
