Everything I have written is what happened and I don't like the fact he called me to seemingly persuade me to change it. Unprofessional.Do not use this company if you want to buy/sell a house. My partner got charged a holding fee" which our solicitor said was nonsense. They are very dishonest and unprofessional

Through necessity and a relocation to another country I was looking to sell my house in the quickest way possible, I had some online house buyers come around the house and they made me an initial offer that was not far off what I would have got from the open market which I was over the moon with, after weeks of being messed around they either changed the offer dramatically or they pulled out, Springbok was my last chance and I thought I'd see what they could do despite feeling reluctant after previous experiences.I wish I had just chose springbok from day 1! They were so helpful, friendly and most importantly transparent and honest, I was explained in excellent detail by Sam Whitehead ( Shame he's a Blackburn fan ) the different routes in which they could help me, we discussed in detail the pro's and the cons, and at no time was I pressured or mislead, once I had agreed what we would do. Nathan was fantastic and responsive, and then Becci Simmons was extremely helpful and efficient and professional.Yes I got a lower price than I would have liked, but that's my choice and if it wasn't for springbok I'd still have the weight of the house and bills around my neck.Thank you Springbok, You did what you said you were going to do, and you did it with care, professionalism and with a human touch.

Although the sale is not yet complete, Marc has been very helpful and responsive. He was mindful and worked around time difference issues as I live overseas, which was appreciated. I'm really hoping the closing of the sale continues smoothly now.

Found the perfect house on zoopla and arranged a viewing for the property through the listed estate agents, springbok, which was nice and easy. After the viewing, Ernest from springbok gave me a call and we got the ball rolling with an offer. However, my solicitors were a nightmare and caused delays. In this time, Ernest was absolutely fantastic. Not only was he patient and understanding, he saved the day by recommending we use their solicitors. It was a massive relief. Its been quick and easy ever since. Would recommend using springbok AND their recommended solicitors.

Excellent experience selling through Springbok. Jess (Cox) our Sales Negotiator was fantastic throughout the entire process. Her communication was excellent, updating us regularly on interest and viewings. She was extremely tenacious in securing our final sale and worked really hard to get us a deal and the sale through.It was great working with her and would highly recommend.
