I was just browsing on my phone,and came across the comments from customers,which are largely very positive,however I was quite annoyed with the negativity from the person who wasn't even a customer.I'm not a customer,but visit the shop every so often to deliver parcels to Mike the owner.As a big animal lover,I'm always interested in what is in there.Mike has always been very friendly and was happy to explain about the lovely bird,who was a rescue and had lost feathers which were unlikely to grow back.The shop is clean and well run,and Mike shows he has a passion and knowledge,and will be happy to answer questions.My grandson had a cute little tortoise from the shop a few months ago,and he's very happy with his new pet,who is thriving wonderfully.There are poorly run shops,and well run shops.this fits the latter.

Mike and the team have such an extensive knowledge on all things reptiles/exotics. Any questions I had were answered and all the advice I needed pointed me in the right direction. Lovely selection of animals and relevant products required for keeping such.Will definitely be visiting again! Thanks a bunch

Been going here for 2 years now, refuse to go anywhere else, unlike other reptile shops it's not just pay your money and leave. Staff will walk you through everything you need to know and are more than happy to offer advice to the less experienced keeper. Their main aim is the welfare of the animals not how much is in the till at the end of the day, almost unheard of today. Live food is fresh, huge selection of quality frozen food, even do boarding for your reptiles, so no more worries about who will feed them while you are sunning yourself on holiday. Forget the big pet shop chains or those that have exotics as a side line, go here and get the best products and service you could wish for.

If it wasn't for Mike and the team I wouldn't have a fantastic snake with all the info I need. I don't regret it.
