We visited the store after looking at various other places. We were very pleasantly surprised Ben was so very helpful and patient!! Nothing was too much trouble. He was there to offer support and advice from ordering until the finished result, and sorted a few small problems we had so very efficiently. Thank you so much Ben, we could not be happier with our bathroom.

Super fast response to my email including a photo about our broken tap cartridge. Explained what I needed to do and what to bring to the shop to identify the part needed. In the shop the staff were very helpful and used their knowledge to find a suitable replacement also removing the broken part from the tap cap. Saved me from having to buy new taps. I can only recommend their service.

Highly recommend Ben ! We visited H Lilley for a bathroom quote as we were updating ours. From minute we walked in Ben was so helpful and patient! Once we had shown pictures of our bathroom and given Ben size, as well as our requirements, he took a day or so to design so when we returned for our appointment, he had everything worked out beautifully and in addition, he had prepared a VR too, so we could experience how the finished bathroom would look bu actually bringing it! Amazing! Cannot recommend highly enough.

I’ve always previously found staff here knowledgable and helpfu. Needed a 1.25” flush pipe washer - smaller than average. Young member of staff when asked sullenly went off to look. “We only stock 1.75””. No offer to order. Asked if he knew of any other good plumbers merchant locally, who might stock one - response “Nah”. Sad

From the initial design stage and fantastic advice on which parts were best suited to our needs, to the holding of the parts until our builder was ready to install, I cannot fault the service they provided. Great experience from start to finish. Ben was very helpful and recommended good quality products. The design was a real help when it came to visualising what the bathrooms will look like, and they have quite a lot on display in the showroom too. Good prices and the delivery was spot on!
