Disgusted with the way you treated the kids who came to parkour tonight. You cancelled the session last week as you said there were not enough kids there to run it, which was fair enough. You told them you would run it this week if 5 kids turned up. 5 kids turned up and you told them you're not running it unless there are 10 or 15 kids, that is not fair enough, that is bang out of order. You upset those kids tonight who thought you would stand by your word. I've had to try to explain to my crying child why you lied to them.It's a really bad way to treat your younger customers. Shame on you.
